Privacy policy
Basic information
This privacy policy is intended to inform the users of this website about the nature, scope and
purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator. The website operator
takes your privacy seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with
the statutory provisions. Since new technologies and the constant further development of this
website may result in changes to this data protection declaration, we recommend that you read
through the data protection declaration again at regular intervals. Definitions of the terms
used (e.g. “personal data” or “processing”) can be found in Art. 4 DSGVO.
Data controller
The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find his
contact details above.
Data collection on this website
Log files
Based on our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO), we collect data
about accesses to the website and store them in log files on the website server. The
following data is thus logged for each access:
- Visited URL
- Time at the time of access
- Source/reference from which you reached the page
- Browser used
- Operating system used
- IP address used
The log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored
for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of abuse. If data must be
retained for evidentiary reasons, it is exempt from deletion until the incident has
been finally clarified.
User account creation
If you create a user account, we need to store your email address. Paid usage of the
service requires to store the billing address. Payment information is processed by Mollie. The account can be deleted in the “Account
settings” menu. Invoices that we issue have to be stored for ten years to fulfill legal
requirements.
Analysis of traffic going through our API
We log requests made to our API to display request statistics in a dashboard in the
user’s login area. Our system administration evaluates that data, too, to develop our business
strategy and to detect potential abuse of our service.

controller processes (Art. 15 DSGVO),
